Come Fantasy Live publishes an editorial cricket newsroom. This page tells you what data we hold, why we hold it, how long we hold it, and how to ask us to delete or correct it.
The minimum data needed to publish
AContact messages
When you email the desk, we keep your message, your email address and the topic you picked for up to 24 months. We never publish your email.
BTip submissions
If you ask for source protection, we keep the tip in a restricted inbox and never name you in published copy. We keep the message for as long as the related story needs the source context.
CServer logs
Our web host keeps standard HTTP request logs for up to 30 days, used only for security and operational health. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the site.
Lawful basis and purpose
We collect and keep the smallest amount of data needed to run the newsroom. The lawful basis is editorial purpose. We do not use the data for marketing, retargeting or advertising.

How to ask for deletion or correction
1Ask
Send a message to the desk with the word Delete or Correct and we will find the relevant record.
2Verify
We will verify the request in plain English — not through a long form — to prevent anyone asking on your behalf without consent.
3Resolve
We delete the record within two working days, or correct it within two working days, and confirm in writing.
